Diagnosis

Midlobe of mesoscutum with posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation; mesoscutum metallic dark purple to metallic bluish-green, scutellum bright golden-green to metallic bluish-green; scutellum flattened and wide, 0.9X as long as wide, with lateral mesh-rows situated half-way between median groove and lateral margin of scutellum; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.50; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.0-1.1. From Spaethiella sp. (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) on Elaeis guineensis (Arecaceae).
